A powerful tool to help identify poor performing buildings and equipment.
Active Energy Manager is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that collects information about buildings and the equipment within them and analyzes energy, gas, water, and essentially any consumable against the drivers that impact them.
With this info, Active Energy Manager can automatically provide alerts when equipment and buildings are not performing efficiently and properly under any given conditions.
Active Energy Manager focuses on energy monitoring and management through Building Automation System analysis. As an SaaS model, Active Energy has a modular feature set with scalable meter and data connections, and no geographical boundaries making it the only tool your system requires to optimize energy performance.
Active Energy issues alarms when it detects anomalies in expected consumption, adjusted for driving factors, putting you in control and minimizing nuisance alarms and alerts. It also continuously monitors data collection, and alerts you if data has not been collected. This ensures full data integrity which you need to be fully informed.
Benefits
• Reduced energy costs through identifying equipment operating out of normal expected energy use
• Attractive financial return, sometimes almost immediate, when you can identify issues w/ building & equipment operation.
• Improved budgeting process for energy costs
• Supports the implementation of IPMVP protocol for ESCO and EPC contracts
• Validates energy consumption measures by performing before/after analysis
With a user-friendly interface, Active Energy Manager enables the user to monitor energy consumption and generate usage charts, analysis, alarms, and reports. These features allow the end user to monitor the energy performance of their building in real time and receive alerts during periods of energy consumption anomalies which may indicate a system override, a leak or a change in the building occupancy patterns that needs to be taken into consideration.
Active energy is a cloud-based product, so you can access information, reports, and be notified of alerts through your existing technology. No software to buy! Multiple users with varying levels of access can use Active Energy , making it ideal for managing multiple buildings in multiple locations with varying levels of authority and expertise.
