The module can be used as a solution that is stand-alone or one that is fully integrated with Facilio’s core platform for unified operations and maintenance.
Facilio’s Tenant experience module offers building tenants a fully-digitized communication platform to report, track, and escalate complaints with real-time response. With a unified multi-tenant helpdesk, operators can stay on top of work order progress and make data-backed decisions to improve tenant satisfaction in under-performing buildings.
When connected to Facilio’s centralized O&M platform, Facilio’s Tenant Experience module can seamlessly draw portfolio-level building performance insights to help building operators be proactive towards facility interruptions, thereby reducing escalations. This paves the way for reduced work order friction and improved service quality.
